• Daily habit completion (Workout, Walk, Water, No Junk Food)
• Energy and pain level ratings
• Desk Reset completion count
• Weekly training plan preferences
• App theme preference (light/dark mode)

Data Sharing

We do NOT share any data with third parties. All your information stays on your device.

Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.

Analytics

Desk Athlete does NOT use any analytics or tracking tools.
